When I was trying to concieve my man took serveral different vitamins to help with concieveing. He also did not wear any shorts or underwear/boxers under his pants. He wouldnt wear anything so that his stuff would not get too hot. Also it helps if you dont have sex everyday. Cause it takes 24-48 hrs. for the sperm to rejuvate after you have had sex. Also when you have sex place a pillow under her hips and allow her to lay still for about 20 minutes. And another thing is not to get to stress out about getting pregnant. Cause the more stressed you are the less likely you are going to get pregnant. Because it can take anywhere to 6 months to a year to get pregnant. And there are those woman who can get pregnant on the first try. Best of luck to you and your wife!!

Please please please, go out or to amazon.com and buy "Taking charge of your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. It is the best and most informative book you will ever read and it is very clear about understanding your feritlity and very easy to read as well. Also you will learn alot about the woman's body at the same time. If by chance you ever have a daughter you will be so much more informed too. I could go into detail about how and when you are fertile and the signs, ect but why should I when the book does such a better job? Trust me on this, it is the feritlity bible..widely read, and very popular with women in general, whether trying to conceive or trying to prevent pregnancy. It made everything so clear to me on how and why my body does what it does.

Watch for signs of ovulation. Approx. 14 days after her period starts is when your wife is most fertile. You have a 3-5 day window, so good luck!

This software is also awesome at helping you plan days and know what to look for. It comes with a free 15 day trial as well:

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that her eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into her mouth and check her body temperature every morning before she starts turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that her eggs are being released. If you want to get her pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. You must ejaculate on your inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex she must stay in bed for about 30 mins with her knees bent up with a pillow under her buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

You must save your sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
