My brother and his girlfriend (who I think is a sweetie) are expecting a baby in January. Me and my sister are throwing both of them a baby shower later in November, and I would like some ideas for a nice gift for them and baby. They just got their own place and they're all excited. They are having a boy. My brother will be at the shower, and they have a dragon theme for the nursery, but I cant find any dragon gifts online or in stores. Any ideas?

I have heard that there may well be cheap/er flights to/from the Canaries (particularly, Fuerteventura), from Scotlands Airports starting reasonably soon, costing in the region of £40 o.w. Is there any truth in this?

My ex and I divorced 9 yrs ago, we have a 12 year old daughter but my ex hasn't bothered with her properly at all in the 9 years. He shows up every few years asking to see her, but doesn't follow it through. He has a new family and even more children. I have been in a really happy and stable relationship for nearly 8 years now and my partner wants to become legal guardian for my daughter should anything happen to me, but last year when I asked my ex he said no. My daughter loves my boyfriend and calls him dad. What can I do to stop my ex from taking her away if something happens to me.

I've recently been introduced to quinoa and really like it. Only thing is that other than adding peas, tofu and soya sauce Im not sure what else to do with it!

Im a lacto-ovo vegetarian (meaning I still eat dairy and eggs).
