1)Wear gloves when u do manual work (like gardening, washing the dishes)
2)Apply hand-cream after washing ur hands

4. apply hand cream regularly
5. advise on correct techniques for filing
6. always use base coat before polishing the nails
7. remove ploish with a gentle acetone free remover
8. return to salon regularly for manicures.
