For the cut: you need the back and sides tapered short but not too blunt on the sideburns, so they don't look "freshly cut"..The top you need texture and the front is slighty longer and graduates to the back.
For the Colour: depending how dark your hair is, you can get some golden highlights or get golden and platinum highlights as this looks more natural but resembles mr.beckhams hair the best!
