how do you think it is different?

there is this guy that i really like but i know we can never be more than friends. sometimes i feel that i am not pretty or good enough to be with him. many guys tell me that i'm beautiful but i am not interested in them. he is the only one i desire. i really cant get him off my mind and even when i try i realize that i dont want to be over him because dreaming of him is the only thing that makes me feel happy. i am so confused and heart broken. how can i be rid of this unbearable heartache??

Is this discrimination? or not?
Another female is getting paid more than me. First of all we are not to discuss pay; but I over heard in a conversation about the pay differentials. Anyway. Therefore I asked my boss how does she rate her employees? She said on education, expierence in the logistics field and skill set. She said education being that a high school diploma, but any degree is a plus. Note: I have an assoicate's degree, the individual whom she pays more to, doesn't. As far as expierence, she said having logistics expierence. Note: I have 4 years of expierence, the individual whom she pays more only has distribution expierence. I put all this in an email. I told her the reason I asked the questions about pay and told her our difference; me and the one who gets paid the most. She hasn't responded. According to everything we discussed; our boss, is wrong. Because I have more education and expierence to the one she pays more to. I'm black, she's white.

Back in 1996 Interactive pooh came out, you could hook him up to your computer and download information about your child. Great for an only child. Cant seem to find one any where, or anything similar. need help!!!

Sorry if TMI,
I am a typical sexual freak, LOL. I do enjoy it. I am married. But these days I have no desire, and if I could get away without it at all, it would be marvolous.
What can I do to to get back into the mood.
Mind you, I still feel pretty confident about my body,just no appeal at all.
Help? Is it because of my horomones?

I work all day and nothing gets done around the house. He just sits on the computer all day and does nothing. He does, however, take care of our child while I am at work. Lately, he has started drinking alot of beer just about every night. It's getting really expensive and leaving me short on rent, not to mention sometimes he will get too drunk to be able to watch our daughter properly. Also, he gets really angry somtimes if I don't take care of him after he isn't feeling good. He stays up all night every night and we never go to bed together anymore. Sometimes I can't sleep because he is blasting his stereo too loud in the middle of the night while he is drinking. He has never laid a hand on me or our daughter but I am afraid he might. He says that if I leave he will have me put in jail for parental kidnapping. What should I do? I cannot afford daycare and I can't take another day off to watch my daughter because he is too drunk to do so some days.

my son is colicy he is going to be 3 months on the 16th of october. how long does colic last and if he is teething will i notice the change (differnce) between the two??? doctor confirmed he was colicy since he was about 4 weeks so i know its not because hes teething unless he started earlier than i think but wouldnt my doctor know that?? sorry first time mom

Okay, so I was looking at a school recently (they do Kung Fu) and I asked them if they did Ultimate Fighting. They guy who was there said they taught stuff that would work in the street but wasn't designed for competition.

How can you teach something that only works half the time? I mean an air filter is an air filter regardless of where it is being used. Right?
