i opened my car door in to my face (yea i am not smart at all) but now i have a fat lip and it hurts all, does anyone have any ideas for me?

Put ice on it basically thats all you can do. I have a black eye from opening my apartment door the other day lol (yes I do it too) . Eventually it will go away but only in time it will heal in about 4 days or so. Good luck!

Take Tylenol and put ice on it til the swelling subsides.

Put sum ice on it baby and come to da Rastaman to give you healing. Dat stuff happens to me all the time, don't worry, da Rastaman loves ya,

first 72 hours.....apply ice to numb the area....after 72 hours you need hot compress to increase blood flow and promote muscle relaxation.
