There is a song named BRICK HOUSE by the Commadors about 1972 look up the lyrics to that song and you'll find "Bow chicka bow wow"

It is not actually from one particular movie. This is a representation of the sort of music used in porno films, and as such is used as a joke (in movies and by some people in real life) to suggest something belongs in a porno.
Unless of course you mean "Bow-wow-yippie-yo-yippie-yeah" which is from the song "Atomic Dog" and has been in many movies (see the link).
