my brother wants to propose to his wife but wants a unique way to do it any suggestions?

That' so sweet. I still think my husband's proposal was the best...
He proposed to me by sending me on a scavenger hunt. It started by sending me roses at work with a clue in the card. Each clue sent me to a different place that was significant to us (the place where we had our first date, our first apartment etc). At each place there was a gift (dvd of our favorite movie, cd with our song on it...etc) waiting for me, a card that gave a reason why he loved me, and a clue to the next location. The last clue led me back to our home where he was kneeling in the livingroom surronded by candles and flowers and down on one knee with the ring. I sobbed...it was so romantic!

Did I get this right? He wants to propose to his WIFE? Wow! That sounds very romantic. Is it like a vow renewal thing? May be he can be traditional. Kneel in front of her, take both her hands in his, look her in the eyes and ask her to marry him - again! I don't thing a ring is necessary. They already have one. Wow! This brother of yours is something.

How about calling up your favorite restaurant, making a reservation, and telling them you're going to propose that night, and could they have a little cake that says "Will you marry me, Jane? Love, Joe." Tell them it's a secret and you want to surprise her. I bet she'd fall right over in the cake, and of course, TELL HIM TO BRING THE RING! :)

take her fishing out on a dock and instead of putting bait on her fishing line put the ring lol i just made that up but it sounds fun but make sure she doesn't toss the line into the water without realising the ring is on there

Just to help CLUE OTHERS IN! He wants to marry her again a vow renewal. Hello! DUH! How romantic and sweet of your brother! I think the sweetest would be to do it at christmas when it's about family & love. I know christmas dinner he has the ring wrapped. brings it out in front of the whole family tells her she missed one when she opens it IN FRONT OF GOD AND EVERYONE! He asks her "Will you marry me again?"
