What is 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift?
I want to work mornings and afternoons but i don't know the difference when asked what shift i want to work, can anybody explain this to me?thank you!

i got a beautiful persian kitten from a breeder 10 days ago. I really think it was a puppy mill type of place, and not sure my kitten had much love shown to her. The problem..she hates me. It is just the 2 of us. she comes out to eat and drink, because the food and water disappears. she uses the litter box..(but i have to put it in bathtub!) She has toys she doesn't touch. she will not let me touch her. She stays curled up under the couch. I wanted a friendly, sweet baby . She is the cat from hell. when I am able to get ahold of her, she hisses, scratches and bites. what can I do?? I don't want to take her back to the breeder!!! Thank you!! she also has diarrhea.. I am sure it's stress..is there a natural way to control this??

I had a root canal at an Endodontist. I then went to my family dentist to have a crown put on. He took out the temp filling and instead of using the large space available for the post of the crown he drilled into the smallest root and drilled sideways and went through to the bone. My mouth started bleeding so he couldn't complete the crown. Blamed it on the Endo and sent me back there. The Endo had XRays showing his work, then took a new one and showed me what the other dentist did. He then repaired my tooth with a material to try and fuse to the bone. May or may not be successful. I called my dentist and told them I want a refund (Paid Cash for crown work) and he called back saying he did nothing to me and he will not refund my money and I am required to go back to finish the work. I now have a half prepped molar and a very loose temp filling. Don't want to go back to this guy who has my $1100.

What are my legal rights here??

Talking ordinary camera film here.
The tabby thing is sticking out, which is how they come new, but could that happen with a used roll also? I know used ones are usually wound tight, and the end is inside, but it's been banging around in a drawer for a while.
I don't want to go and use it if there may be pics on it.

Thanks for any help with this somewhat meaningless question!

Ok eveyone I am 16 years old and I am 47kgs and i am like very weak for my age. I get tired very soon when I swim. I cannot work much it jus that i get tired very soon. What can I do to increase my strength? Ok, so I bought Battlefield 2 and was excited to try it out. I used srtest.com to make sure ti would work perfectly. It said it would run perfectly. Next day I buy BF2 and then I install it and run it. Its not running then I check the graphic card and suddenly the ATI X300 just dissapperaed! How is this frickin possible?

hes 2 and a quater, and hes going through this horrid phase.if he wants a biscuit, he'll say "i want bic bic" over and over again.Also he doesn't have to particularly want something to say it. In the supermarket, hell say everything he sees, with the dreaded "i want". Its like he is incapable of sayng anything without those two words 1st! If we're going to his grandmas, on the way he'll say i want grandma over and over, even though i have explained thats were we are going. I can't bear it, i'm going loopy! I love him dearly, but this has got to stop!
