Ok eveyone I am 16 years old and I am 47kgs and i am like very weak for my age. I get tired very soon when I swim. I cannot work much it jus that i get tired very soon. What can I do to increase my strength? And yea I have 5"6" height well its normal for my country but I am still short if i compare to tennagers of other countries so what can I do to increase my height?? Ok i will be waiting for answers.

ok no no my health is fine. the main problem of mine is i dont get time because of my school to f\do all those extra exersises my school is 12 hours a day and 5 hours are for homeworks so i jus need an easiaer way to increase my streangth. so that i can work well. so that i can be active like others and do not get very tired soon.

there's not alot you can do about height. But exercising-weight lifting, swimming a little farther distane each day-will increase your strength and endurance

You can't do anything about your height honey, thats all genetics. You may still grow, and if not, 5'6" is just fine. If you want to get stronger, you need to eat lots of protein and very little fat, drink lots of water, and do some weight training. Take it easy though, doctors don't recommend much lifting for guys your age. Good luck.

You can't, it is in the genes, and to optimize your height you had to have started right after birth. Good nutrition and health care increases your height, but not dramatically. If you get tired quickly you are probably not eating right and not getting enough sleep and you are probably wacking off too much.

EAT a better diet.IF you can afford a computer you can afford good food. YOU also need some vitamins.EXERCISE more. WALK+jog too.THE GOOD FOOD should help your height.(some)

drink lots of milk.. you get both protein and calcium from milk.. protien helps build muscles, and calcium helps your bones develop..
