Im enlisting in 2 years as 0351 (Assaultman) in the Marines..Im not a fat guy really outa shape but im not all muscle either..
When I had to, I could run a mile at 5:53 but only 7:30 when im just running, like just for excercise..I can do all the other requirments w/ no problem right now and if I keep working at that, Il be fine w/ everything but running..

Iv been told 5:53 is really good, but I cant run 2-3 miles straight..It kills me to run one mile at that..So over the next year or so how can I get my endurance raised decently?
(I heard you have to run multiple 3 mile runs in Basic and I couldnt do that now)

So any Diet/Work out plans anyone can offer me?..I just want to get in overall better shape..

I have recently upgraded to 8 meg BB with BT, however when trying to download large files, browsing the net, or playing online games, I have noticed that the connection speed slows dramatically, and sometimes stops altogether.
I'm having to use a download manager with a 'resume' function to complete large downloads, and online gaming is impossible as the game just freezes when the connection is lost.

I am currently using a Netgear router/firewall - it is a few years old ... could this be the issue ??

A BT engineer came to test the telephone line, and it is working fine. All cables, filters and connectors have been replaced, and the problem remains. I have only had this problem since my service was upgraded to 8 meg, before that, it was fine.

BT have been no help at all regarding this matter !!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

with my 5month old pit. Because the pit could kill it even in play. Is it ok to own both animals if I keep them seperated? As in put the pit up and let chihuahua out ,and vice versa? When I have them out at the same time the chihuahua runs and hides while the pit trys to sniff her. I keep the chihuahua in the sunroom and the pit in the basement. Will they ever be able to be out at the same time?

to me that is really dumb. Why would you pay all interst for your house. I woulnd't even do a thiryt year mortgage. First fifteen years is all most.ly intrest. I can't figure it out. Are these same people naive and listen to real estate agents or mortgage brokers. there like any other salesman. Out to make the sale and that's it.
