Tuf financially... Since everything here from housing to gas costs like a jillion more times than anywhere else...well at least it feels like it.

Well, it's certainly tough to live there considering the state of the tap water is rather similar to what you see on the floor when a clogged toilet overflows. As well people in california don't tend to use turn signals, and cars don't have saftey inspections aside from smog checks.
