morpheus, kazaa, limewire. bearshare. make sure you have really good antivirus and you scan it before you play it. check myspace.com also, the music section. cick the directory and search for the artist. sometimes you can download the song from those sites, otherwise you can put it on your myspace page.

i do not know where you can get it for free, but you can download itunes for free and buy it for $0.99, which is pretty darn good i think.....i love that song, by the way. you can also listen to it on www.pandora.com. just type in billy myers as the artist and kiss the rain as the song.....they will make a whole channel for you. and that is free.
