What are some of your enlightening examples?

You bet, I do it all the time.

My best one is to pay for someone's coffee in the drive through.
I have paid for other people's groceries.
Helping someone with children get into their vehicle while they have their hands full.
And just asking someone what was the best thing that happened to them today. It takes a lot away from the negative.

One day I was having the crappiest day at work ever and people in the office were going out of their way to be pushy and mean, I went back to my desk and I got an e-mail from a co -worker.

It was very short it sayingIf God brings you to it He will bring you through it this changed my life.

Peoples prayers have alos made a tremendous difference in my life.

I didn't know it in the past which is why I usually hurt people without considering the consequences of my actions but I do know it now and it's one of the most valuable lesson I've ever learned.

one time a person said a part of my body looked nice , just to flatter. It didn't work, it made me feel worse because I thought she was just humoring me and did it out of pity.
