If the distinguishing factor of psychopathology is marked by inability to feel emotion would it be just to conclude that such psychopath could not also exhibit a second ‘suffering’ mental disorder?

Narcissistic Personality Disorder is almost always present in the Psychopath; however, this far from causes him/her suffering.

There is this boy in my school who I have known all my life. He is cute and nice and smart and funny. I want to go out with him, but he can be shy and probably won't ask anyone out. I am 19 wks pregnant and I'm prone to UTI's, my doc has decided to put me on Ceclor, a pregnancy class 'b' antibiotic for the rest of my pregnancy. It makes me kind of nervous to take any medications during pregnancy, especially for that long but according to my doc it won't harm the baby. I know that an untreated UTI during pregnancy could lead to kidney infections and possibly premature labor. Has anyone else had to be on antibiotics throughout their pregnancy or for the entire time?? I just want comfort in knowing that other people's baby's turned out okay.

I travel a lot so a video is good for airplanes, and plus the 20 hours of battery for music is cool. Then, I like the nano because it has such nice colors and is nice and thin. I love music, both old and new. Plus, my brother has the video and it got all scratched up and stuff. Do they both get scratched up? How can I prevent it? Yes, I know I'm dumb but I can't decide wether tto pay the extra 50 bucks.

Ok, this is funny. At my school, around 2 times a year, there is this holiday called National Grab Month or Day. It says to unscrew the lens but i cant get mine off i was sent some instructions but that involved taking the whole webcam to pieces and i dont really want to do that because it would probably break it and i dont know much about that sort of thing.
