I work at a car lot. My boss is a finance manager. He has a videorecorder in his office to record customers during loan closings. Every now and then I go sit in his office and have general conversations. Someone very close to me was in trouble with the law a while back. I think that he was trying to get a little too into my business today. Does he have any right legally to record me without me knowing or without my consent?

I have been told the brown patches are possibly where insect eggs are laid, like Japanese Beetles, which were been rampant in the begining of the summer, especially on my pear tree or eating anything else they found tasty. I also have slugs which could be a clue. Help! Should I rethatch & reseed now?

I was playing around while waiting for a buddy to get online and in IM i was messing with sending a text to a cell phone from my messenger IM and put in my cell phone number for testing..it works but now I cant change that number..I want to put in their cell number so I can actually text them..how do I delete a number and put in another?

If lie is spoken,not to hurt anyone,then why to do such a thing where one has to lie.I feel first doing such a thing knowingly that your wife / husband will get hurt & then justifying yourself by saying that "I lied to you as I never wanted to hurt you". Double Blunder.

I have always had an "iron" stomach. Over the last year, however, I have frequent (i.e.- once or twice per month) stomach aches. Sometimes these are accompanied by diarrhea. Only occasionally do I have vomiting symptoms. I assumed the flu or a virus and set an appointment with the doctor, when it happened twice in two weeks -- along with my children being sick. The doctor said it was most likely a mild case of food poisoning.

I've had food poisoning before. If this was it, it was definitely "mild" comparatively. It is hard for me to believe I'm getting food poisoning so frequently, though. I do eat a lot of microwaved lunches, at work (i.e.- leftovers heated up). I've been doing that for years, though.

I read up on food illnesses, and there is usually an 8 hour or 12 hour gestation period for many viral and bacterial problems. I am pretty conscious of what I eat, too. I make sure I heat things up very well. Finally, I pitch refrigerated leftovers after 3-4 days. Help?

I'm feeling completely lousy right now because I just found out that I got a D on a psychology exam. There are only three exams in total in the class- and these three tests make up 100% of our grade.

There are a couple issues I am having with this whole situation. First of all, I am a transfer student, and I was hoping that my first test at this new school would end on a more positive note. I feel like this was my chance to prove that I belong here and that perhaps I can exceed people's expectations of me. Second of all, I am a psychology major, which makes the whole "expectations" schpeel a little more prominent.

I feel like despite almost 14 years of schooling, the way I have dealt with failure (in the academic realm primarily) has never changed - I always let it linger and manifest until it eats me up inside which makes it incredibly difficult to focus on anything else. I feel like these are ... well, feelings that I can't let go right away, and it's painful to deal with.

im 20 and she is 19 ive known her since she was 17. we talk almost daily for hours on end and i love her with every bone in my body. And she loves me as much ( i hope). problem is she hasnt seen me and she says she doesnt care what i look like ( i call bullsh*t i feel its going to interfere somehow) and i have seen her. i just never have a pik and now i have to go to homecoming with her on the 15th of oct.
