I've been to both and I'd take Germany all day long...
Lived right across the bridge from Cape Cod ( Buzzards Bay) right out of high school...It was fine but moved to Berlin Germany when I was 21-22 yr. Can't beat that experince...best time i've ever had...

Germany, in a heartbeat.

Though I'd go to Berlin over Wiesbadon personally....

Cape Cod's nice....but Germany's an awesome place to travel to as well.

Though....I do have to say, try Italy instead of Germany....better looking women, better food, better weather....plus Italian is simply a beautiful language to hear....German is rough and gutteral.

Germany all the way. I lived there a few years ago since my dad was stationed there. It is awesome! Me and my sister both want to go live there again. There is soo much to do there and experiance there. Volksmarches are awesome if you can go on one of them, they are kinda like a nature walk that the germans do, but its worth the view of the countryside and at the end they serve lunches and the food their is awesome to experiance and dince its getting close to xmas check and see if they have any "christmas towns" set up, they do this around xmas time, its a bunch or little shops they set up kinda like a fle market/fair/festival type thing. You must experience germany.
