IM to a cell phone?

I was playing around while waiting for a buddy to get online and in IM i was messing with sending a text to a cell phone from my messenger IM and put in my cell phone number for testing..it works but now I cant change that number..I want to put in their cell number so I can actually text them..how do I delete a number and put in another?

If u r using yahoo messenger, right hand click on the icon at the below right hand corner of ur screen and click on send a text message....u'll be able to enter a number
