Where can I get a copy of Remember Maine's CD "The Last Place You Look"? (William Beckett's side project)

It's out of print and out of stock everywhere I've seen. It's not on eBay either. If I can't get a copy, then does anyone know where I can download it? I already have "Waiting Up".
