Why don't all countries consider beer a food like in Bavaria, and have no VAT / sales tax on it?

I am writing a lesson plan for preschoolers talking about growing. I have to have a song and I know a really good one that uses the word grow several times, but it is religious and this is a public school (boo on that law). Anyway, I am trying to think of a way to change the lyrics, here are the lyrics to the song I am trying to change:

they are camo print, longer shorts (though not as long as bermuda....maybe lower thigh length).. they are super cute and I will be wearing peep toe patent leather Louboutin heels with them... BUT what about the top? I thought about doing a modest turtle neck because I will be in Cinci (I guess it's cold there) and the shorts and heels are sexy... but I decided against that. HELP!!!

his eyes he;s been single all along. BUt yet once he came home he was with me the whole entire time sexually. he's got an out of state job and im in another state. we'd talk on the phone every night. for a whole month until he came home for a week and then left again so i've been doing this long distance thing since may ..but he never trusted me and wouldn;t let me hang out with my girls..but somehow i fell invole with him....i recently stoped talkint to him....but why did he do that to me and me actually deal with it...guys and girls experiened preferred..just reallly wanna know what others think about it..for the record i let him go........

I am going to be in New York City for Halloween and I want to dress up. My best friend, who lives there, said that I shouldn't be something too elaborate, as she isn't sure what we're doing and I have to pack my costume. Ok here it goes, we've lived in an appartment for a while and just got a house, yea! The inside was freshly painted, but we have some other options. our colors are: pastel/light green, pastel/light yellow and iceicle white. The master bedroom and living room has dark oak hardwood floors, kitchen grey and white floors, downstairs dark grey carpet. The master bedroom is the pastel/light green, and we were thinking to add white trim around the doors, windows, and the wood trim that goes around the room. The living room has white walls, along with the kitchen. Don't know what to do with these rooms, the living room and kitchen/dinning room have no wall seperator except the bar area. Down stairs we are going to do the same as the master bedroom, trimming with white.
Now, What the hell do we do for the kitchen/dinning room, living room and bathroom? Yellow in the bathroom, with white trim. I am affraid that if we do the kitchen and living room different it might clash.

I have frizzy hair. They are not split ends. It bugs me. I put mousse but that certainly doesn't help. Please don't suggest me any shampoos or conditioners, the only kind I use is White Rain and that is the only shampoo that is not animal tested. :) Tips, please.

Me and this girl have been friends for 7 years. She's absolutely my best friend, and I know we love each other in a platonic way. However, as life would have it, I love her more than that. I know we'd be great together, we always have a good time together, and we share a lot of similar interests. Plus, like I said, we've been best friends for years. She knows I love her, and that I'd marry her in an instant, but she doesn't seem to like me like that. First of all I like asking dumb questions, second of all this has nothing to do with me.

She starts throwing things and cussing like a sailor because she forgot to turn her ringer on when her best guy friend called. They only talk on the phone they never met in person.(making the whole thing up). So what does this situation mean?
