First of all I like asking dumb questions, second of all this has nothing to do with me.
She starts throwing things and cussing like a sailor because she forgot to turn her ringer on when her best guy friend called. They only talk on the phone they never met in person.(making the whole thing up). So what does this situation mean?

Sounds like she is very upset with herself for not remembering to turn the ringer on and she missed the call. Don't take it personally, I hope your friend learns to control her temper and allow herself to make mistakes before really important things come up in her life. I am afraid, that if she doesn't get a handle on it, that when she gets a job, her employer won't be too impressed with her management of the telephone skills.

Well i guess that friendships do come to an end. 3 years ago was younger and now he's grown up and changed. Everyone does at highschool. But, you can't change who he is. You'll have to change who YOU are. -First of all, speak ur mind. Take a deep breath, let it out and be prepared to face the concequences. Don't scream it though, just say it calmy and confidently. But when u do, add wit to it so HE'S the one who'll look like a fool. -Because that's what'll u have to do. If he's making u look like an idiot, and he knows he's hurting u, then he is no friend so u can't just sit bk and take it. U have to fight fire with fire. Don't make it too exstreme just say it like it is. -Make new friends. Pick em right. Maybe even try make friendds with his friends if they're in ur classes seperate from his, so when all his friends are closer to u than they are to him, then they will see ur point of view. I know these might seem too spiteful to do, but remember how can he be ur friend after all this, u can't sit down and pretend like it dont matter coz IT WILL continue gauranteed. I would of suggested to just talking about it, but he seems too immature to learn. So i guess u might have to just Speak Ur Mind nd follow these and...Good Luck x

This is the reason why women are often regarded as being hysterical. She loses control easily, that could be a matter of immaturity, but most likely something more serious. She's the one creating this huge amount of stress in her life and that can in no way be something good.
As a friend, you could try to make her reason, and if that doesn't work try to convince her to see a psychologist.
