Depends on how the athletes take to the coach. If the athletes love the coach then i would say close to 100%. if the coach is a great coach but the athletes dislike him i would say close to 0%. And the sport depends on it as well.

in my opinion, a team is only as good as the coach. A great coach, gets the best of effort from his team and he has the ability to motivate and communicate the teams best effort and they work as one. Their are no individuals in team sports and these elite coaches are probably the highest paid. 50%

I think it depends on what sport it is. In football its a high percentage because strategy is a huge part of the game. In socer its much less they just run around and kick a ball.

Depends on what level...in youth and HS i would say 50% where as college prob. about 35% and in the NFL i would say about 25-30%..........
