I keep hearing people make the argument that illegal immigrants have more rights than legal resident aliens or citizens. I'm curious exactly what rights people think they have that others don't.

Clearly not any of the rights reserved in Article IV or the 14th Amendment for citizens. Clearly not any of the protections from the 1st, 4th, 5th or 6th Amendment, which apply to everyone.

So, exactly what rights do Illegal Immigrants have that legal residents do not?
Oh, and please cite your sources. Saying "they can do X and legal residents cannot" is meaningless unless you provide some source other than rumor.

This perhaps isn't a political question, except that I hear it in Bush's speeches all the time. Reminds me of America during WW2 and the Cold War when people were suggested to pay attention to "un-american behaviour".

What is this un-american behaviour? Why is it so bad? Isn't everyone living abroad participating in un-american behaviour? If un-american behaviour is that, what is American behaviour? Why is it so virtuous?

I have Corey Dillon (RB NE) and Chester Taylor (RB MIN) starting this Sunday... with Joseph Addai (RB IND) and Kevin Jones (RB DET) on the bench... my question isn't about who I should start, it's who I should replace between Dillon, Taylor, and Addai??? I am a mother of 4 girls, of them 3 are teenagers. I have tried to raise them in such a way that they would never be afraid to come to me with any probs. that they might have. Their friends see this as well and take full advantage of it. They refer to me as The Cool mom". Last night , one of my daughters friends came to me with the concearn that she might be pregnant. I bought a home test which turned out with a poistive result. The girl is terrified to tell her mother. After questioning her, I am not sure how far along she could be. Maybe up to 3 or 4 months along. To complicate things...This girl has epilepsy. She is on 2 types of medication for it and after consulting my book of meds. I discovered that it is not safe for the developing fetus. I urged her to tell her mother, but she said her mom would kill her. The mom is under the impression that her daughter is a virgin. I am sure that this girl will hide the pregnancy as long as possible. I must do something,..
