You dont need anything fancy, exercise and a good diet are what you really need. Just go to walmart and get a complete multivitamin for men. or women, but i think i assumed you were male for some reason... lol.

But anyway, they really provide you with everything your body needs. Anything else is just hype and commercialism. The act of exercising causes your body to manufacture the more complex chemicals, vitamins, and such that it needs to build and repair muscle.

Hmmm, I don't know of any website off hand, but you can probably do a search and find good ones. Here is what I think though:

Buy a regular, once a day multi-vitamin from Target or Vitamin Cottage, no need to spend too much on them, maybe $10-15. They should last you 90 days. A good test is to put the vitamin in vinegar. If it disintegrates after a while (most of the way, doesn't have to be completely), it's a good vitamin. This means your body can digest it and you can absorb it. If it doesn't disintegrate, get a new brand. I've tested and use Costco's Brand, Kirkland signature, once a day's. Big bottle, small price.

To help build muscle mass you need increase protein intake along with your daily lifting. You can get reasonably priced protein supplements, say around $20-25, that will last about 30 days. Don't go to GNC, try looking in the phone book for other nutrition stores like Max-Muscle or The Nutrition Company, they usually have way better prices.

And finally, if you want to see results quick, try supplementing with Creatine. This with flood your muscles with water (hence the reason you need to drink like 80 oz a day) and help with the production of ATP resulting in faster recovery time and the ability to lift more weight for more reps. If you can do that, your muscles with react faster and you will see results faster. Be sure you take the creating-ester chain type, not just creatine mono-hydrate. This runs about $30-35 for a decent brand and will last about a month, depending on how much you take.

Get a bottle of multivitamins. Everything you need rolled into one tablet, and it's alot cheaper than buying multi bottles of vitamins.

Try One a Day's. I think I bought my bottle for $7.
