I can't remember if Daredevil kills in the comics or not. I know he did in the movies but not too sure about comics . . .

nope, daredevil is a good guy, good guys never kill. its ridiculous but that's how it is in the fantasy world of American comics.

Daredevil Kills Bullseye

I remember the time that Daredevil dropped Bullseye from the top of a building. Bullseye was critically injured and paralyzed, in a hospital ward, just hating Daredevil and waiting for some opportunity to get his mobility back. He did (some guy wanted to make an assassin with adamantium-reinforced bones and chose Bullseye as his tool) and he came back to attack DD and make life miserable for him again.
Daredevil probably didn't know just how much Bullseye could take when he dropped him. He could just as easily have killed him. He took the risk. If he didn't kill Bullseye, it wasn't for the lack of trying.

Daredevil has never intentionally killed anyone in the comics as far as I can see. He's not even slightly against putting a baddy in the intensive care ward, though.
As for the "good guy" argument... Wolverine is a good guy. He ADMITS to killing people within the last two issues (not like it's never been said before, though). "Good guy" is a sliding scale.

Daredevil avoids killing as much as possible but sometimes accidents happen.

batman doesn t kill, DD is willing to kill the head of snake if necessary, the punisher wipes out criminals

No killing for DD--since if he did -he would have no reason for going after the punisher!
