a possible look into the how the early Christian church was spread?

What I mean by that is this guy (we'll call him Joe) makes up this book and calls it the word of god. Even though he is widely renounced by the dominant religion of that day; his movement continues to draw followers and converts.

christianity had the roman empire
mormonism has the United States

I can see 2,000 years from now, the debates on Yahoo!Answers questioning if Joseph Smith existed?

For the purpose of full disclosure, I am an atheist and I think you're all a bit nuts about this religion stuff...

for n=1
poly=polyfit(x,y,n)
z=polyval(poly,x)
e=x-z
norm=max(e)
if norm>0.00005
n=n+1
end
end

all i want to happen is that after n=1 gets calculated, if norm>0.00005 to do n=n+1=2 and keep going until norm<0.00005.

note: x and y have been defined previously (not shown).

There is this girl that I have been friends with for years. We have become rather close lately. We were emailing and calling each other on the phone (with excuses). We also talk a lot alone! Last night I said I needed to ask her a few questions after she called me over. She was like 'ok' then continued to talk to her friend. I talked to her brother in the meantime, and she cut into the conversation like maybe she wanted to talk. She then told her brother it was time to go and left without saying goodbye for the first time ever. Did she freak out? I do not think she likes being confronted, but I am actually really, really sure she likes me. Why would she do that?

I have already apologized for treating him badly. I am trying very hard to be patient. He says he still loves me but is unsure if I will go back to being nasty to him again and is scared of going through that hell again. I have sent ecards, loving e-mails, I tell him I love him and miss him, and I have been there to help him when he needs it since he is studying for a big test right now. He is being so distant, I just wondered if anyone had any creative ideas of what to do that will get his attention and let him know I am really in love with him.

My friend wears a girdle to bed and i wonder if that is safe since it is tight...She said someone told her to do that because it will flatten your tummy and make it smaller....But im wonder if that is safe or should she just wear it during the day??

What should I wear? Since it's September should I wear sleeveless dress, should I stick with light summer colors or go with darker colors. I really would love to wear my black skirt but i'm not sure if it's appropriate to a wedding. I hear that has changed now & that is ok but what do you think??
