Girl all I cansay, is BABY! just because he felt you doesnt mean he likes you, it sounds like to me he just wants to get in your pants! I wouldnt go out with him because the only road your on is being used and hurt badly. This what oyu have to understand, just because a guy tries to kiss you or feel on you, doesnt mean he likes you, it just means hes horny.

If you like him, yes, ask him out. When you said he tried to feel you the other day, I'm assuming you meant trying to see if you were interested in him. Otherwise you may wish to stay away from him, as groping you would not be an act of affection, but rather, an act of aggression.

You could ask him out if you want him to go farther. But if you have any doubts, or don't want to get serious, don't . He may only be interested in sex and not a relationship.
