Both of my boys have birthdays in October. Twelve days apart. I can't stand the video games. I want something individual for each of them that will get them up off of their fannies. They have bicycles, balls, board games, a dog and a creek to play in. Any ideas?

If Mexico would get control of its crime problem and get rid of corrupt police more people would want to visit. Why do wealthy Mexicans not invest more in there country and start businesses? Here in the USA Ive seen many immigrants save money and start businesses. Why do they just give up on their homeland?Of course we hate for them to send all their money down their but if it meant that Mexico could stand on its own two feet economically and start more business,Resorts,Factorys ,shops, it would be worth it.It just seems like they would be happier in their own culture with their own language instead of coming here and trying to change ours. They are not all like that but many are and you would think they would want to fix Mexico.

It has never been safer for coalition forces in Iraq. (It is more dangerous for our soldiers in American inner cities than in Iraq) We lose a half dozen troops a week in Iraq these days compared to scores a week less than a year ago. The mosques we went out of our way not to hurt have been routinely attacked by muslims. Is Allah punishing his people for their failure to live peacefully with the rest of the world?

Joan, who was rather well-proportioned, spent almost all of her vacation sunbathing on the roof of her hotel.

She wore a bathing suit the first day, but on the second, she decided that no one could see her way up there, and she slipped out of it for an overall tan.

She'd hardly begun when she heard someone running up the stairs. She was lying on her stomach, so she just pulled a towel over her rear.

"Excuse me, miss," said the flustered assistant manager of the hotel, out of breath from running up the stairs. "The Hilton doesn't mind your sunbathing on the roof, but we would very much appreciate your wearing a bathing suit as you did yesterday."

"What difference does it make?" Joan asked rather calmly. "No one can see me up here, and besides, I'm covered with a towel."

"Not exactly," said the embarrassed man. "You're lying on the dining room skylight."

My husband and I have been talking about getting a puppy in the next year or so, but we're not sure what kind to get. Our son is 16 months old now and we have another one on the way (I'm due in April). We're not sure if we should get the puppy before or after the baby is born, and if it's after, then how old should the baby be when we do get the puppy. Also, what is the best breed of dog for children? I really like boxers, but we've read mixed thoughts about their interaction with children. Should we go with a full bred or mixed? Please help!!! I'd like to surprise my husband & son with the puppy one day, but I want to make sure that I choose the right puppy for our family. Thanks!!!

My wife and I have always disagreed about the need for separate vacations. Now, she and her friend booked themselves on a cruise and kept the arrangements from me until 2 weeks before. They had booked it 6 moths earlier. Now, I wonder what else she has been keeping from me. She claims it was to avoid a confrontation, but the lying and deception has only added fuel to the fire. I don't know where to turn. I have read that separate vacations only work where their has been discussion and some level of mutual understanding. There has been no such thing working here. All I see is me being left out yet again. I feel that I cannot trust her anymore.
