i wanted to say confirmed not OK'd but it was to long a word - know taxi drivers are supposed to be licensed but i dont think that this license is to do with driving ability it's to do with paying for the priviledge of driving a taxi for profit - should they also have there ability to drive safely checked as it is with bus drivers

you see every time i m in school i can see thing like ghosts and sometimes when i m heading back to the classroom i can hear people shouting out my name but when i ask my friend if they said something they are going to no i dint say anything thats what makes me scared to go to the classroom alone.
