I've got a stigmatism...
One eye is 450 the other is 500...
I use glasses now... How long will it take for my eyes to get back to normal?

I've heard of the exercises that can be done for eyes. Did you try this? And drink lots of carrot juice that is freshly squeezed. And get lots of excercise to improve the circulation to the eyes, and Eat clean foods that don't clog the arteries and blood vessels. Avoid partially hydrogenated fats, oils and lards. Avoid white flower, Eat more veggies, unprocessed meats, and less cheeses. Cook your own food so that you know what ingredients are being used. It may take a few years to improve your situation. And by the way, computers are terrible for eyesight, and so are florescent lights. So get outside, and go snow skiing, water skiing, horseback riding, bicycling, hiking, anything. Natural sunlight is what you need and long distance focusing. Get on a mountaintop and focus on the thousands of acres around you. You need to get away from this computer, it is probably your worst enemy as far a eyesight is concerned.
