What setting do you like best?

I took a walgreens brand test, the 5 days sooner kind, on Wednesday...I looked after about 3 minutes and saw it was negative...I disgarded it and went to sleep, I woke up about 4 hours later and it was positive...now I dont know how long it took for that positive result to show up so now Im not completely sure if Im pregnant or not...ok I know that that test is like the LEAST sensitive you can buy @ 100mIU or whatever so...I figured it must be POSITIVE and my levels just werent high enough to be detected instantly. My one friend says naw, its the test thats faulty. Another says, A POSITIVE IS A POSITIVE. The thing is...it never went away on the test...well it stayed for as long as I keep it, which was about 10 hours or so after I noticed it. I read that a TRUE positive result lasts and a negative will disappear. I havent seen where a negative will TURN positive over time. I mean how else will people show their spouses the results hours later if they could MIRACULOUSLY change, right??

Ifeal really alone now as if i really am a new person, My attitude has changed and at 59 I have to start a new career because I can't do what I use to do. -Part of my problem is me--now I know its ok to be here something I never felt in my previous heart life for a lot of reasons. I don't get angry anymore or "mad"in fact I surprise myself at times at just how calm I can be as when I got pickpocketed 4 days before X-mas. I calmley went to the bank for the card stuff filed a report and felt sorry for who ever stole my wallet.but at the same time Ive now entered a world where you gptta be younger or rich. Well I can't get younger so I guess I have to get Rich but that won't solve my problem of being alone. so I will just keep on living as best I can and hopefully get a little more recovery so I can bemore productive. I've probably answered my own Q so if no one responds its ok .I'll be fine

I live in Michigan and planted a lavender in my yard two years ago. It has grown a lot but looks a little thin I guess is the word to use. Do you know if you are supposed to trim back or prune back all of the woody stems in the fall or spring????

My friend says that the world will always be filled with hate and crime and war and injustice. I don't think so. He said Martin Luther King's dream is never going to come true. I told him it's only a couple years away. Racism doesn't exist as much as it used to. Good always overcomes evil. In a few years, everyone will love each other and racism and injustice will be gone. I am soo confused on wht to do after high school. I know I'll be going to a 4-yr college. But I have no clue wht to major in & I don't wanna go in as "undecided" since that's a waste of time & money. & I don't plan on attending a community college either. I want an interesting career where one won't ever get bored...one that offers variety but doesn't require having to get above a master's degree. My parents want me to enter the medical field...I don't mind...but where's the fun in watching sick ppl everyday? Maybe a job that requires travelling once a month or so...But also let's u have enough time with ur family. Any jobs u can suggest wud be helpful? Maybe a bit info abt them too...like wht degree u need, their salary, the "funness" of it, etc.

As an example, in Exodus 21:20-21 it allows for slave masters to go unpunished after beating their slave if the slave lives for more than 24 hours after the beating. In Leviticus 25:45 it specifies the conditions for when it is permissible for children to be owned as property.

No where did Jesus say, the rules regarding slavery are eliminated.

We in the 21rst Century find such things deplorable. We don't believe in owning people as property, even thou in the Christian Mythology in the passages I have just referenced God makes this a legal institution to them.

So who is currently setting the standard of Morality. Can that person at any time say no its ok we are allowed to have slaves its God's word, and will modern Christianity follow?

Just wondering who sets the policies for when its ok to have a morality different from the Judeo-Christian God as it outlines in the mythology.
