I might leave her a CD with some love songs on it, or a nice note, or a Shakespeare poem, or something like that. That way they still get the message and you don't get tongue tied in the proses of telling them.
Or you could try to bring up how nice they look in a conversation. Or you might try sending them flowers or chocolates. Try a few and see how things go.

Drop hints to her. Let her know that you care for her in small ways instead of scary and slightly hysterical way. Don't stalk her! That's weird and very freaky. Big no-no. If she knows you like her and she likes you back, then set up a scenerio or at the end of the phone call. Just don't do anything to scare her away.

If you never try, then you will never know. Most of the people in northamerica are afraid of first contacts...I do not know why......it is so easy to do that. Girls are regular people, do not have to be afraid to get close to them. In my country and other latinamerican countries, guys are very secure of themselves. You can see an petite guy, not too handosome asking to dance a model girl in a club.....no problems...Just do it!!!!!!

have a confidence in urself,go and tell "i love u" or ask her for date.if u r afraid to tell then go and ask one of her friend to tell her or write a note 'n give it to her and say to read after u r gone.
