Hi.
I hv finished my O-level exam (SPM) in year 2004.
Now, i m taking a foundation course n will be graduating at the end of this year.
i wish to study abroad especially in US majoring in Actuarial science.
However, it is hard for me to find any scholarships and grants for international student.
should i take TOEFL and SAT or either one?

what is the next step i should take in order to make my dream comes true?

Do you believe that because of our COMPLETELY Liberal hypersensitive Society, that policeman's now have no rights, when it comes to doing there jobs correctly? And because of this are Cops more at risk then 20 years ago? Especially when it comes to young adolecents,who think they can basically say or do anything they want to when approached by the police? Now, It's a well known fact that women have their own sixth sense,by which they can tell if they are being watched by men.Look at a woman and she immidiately looks back ,knowing you are looking at her ,like magic.If you dont know what I am talking about, try staring at one...But I have observed that a woman who is talking on a cellphone shows no signs of such a sixth sense,and I have experimented this on about 20 - 30 of them (just to test my theory O.K. ?).SO do cellphones really destroy Women's Intiution?

me and my boyfriends mariage is set for october 3. Michael wants to save sex for the mariage bed,but i couldn't wait that long, so last night i got him drunk and then i striped off my cloths in front of him and then i began rubbing on his crotch.michael was very turned by my moves.i got him to remove his clothes but when his underware came down i was in shock !!! I need to loose wait! Please dont tell me about diets or other things, its not that I appreciate the advice or help I am just really in need and I do know there is more to it than a quick fix surgery, I just have never been even lean Ive always been overweight and I have a bad thyroid and take meds for it. I also have rumitoid arthritis and so its very painful for me to do serious exercise, although I do have 4 kids 11, 9, 3, 1 1/2 that keep me on my toes but it doesnt help and I am afraid I may have a heart-attack otherwise.

Correct me if I am wrong but mandatory evacuation means that all those who are capable of evacuating do so. Also, those who do not have the means, the government will provide one....or is it if you do not have means of evacuation it's your fault... how can we even say the people that stayed behind during Katrina are wrong and they should not be taken care of.
