i win lotto from uk,and i try to to contact concernd authorities they send mail to me contact the mail courier services.my ?to whom i can contact?

You didn't win any lotto its just a scam , incase if you have given your personnel details then you have just won yourself a lot of trouble.

NORMALLY THESE ARE SCAMS ONLY. DONT GIVE DETAILS.THEY WILL ASK HUGE DOLLARS BEFORE THE PRIZE(???) DISTRIBUTION. BETTER AVOID THESE.
