The most secure way is to use Microsoft Private Folder. If you have .net installed on you computer, you may opt for DirLock which is more versatile but less secure. Both are free. You may also try sharewares like Lock Folder, Folder Lock, Folder Password etc.

I've never tried to set one up with a password before. I have set up security based off of user id. To do this, create the folder. (Rename it now if you want or later.) Left click on the folder name and select the properties option. a box with tabs at the top appear. Click on the security tab. Click on the little box which says make this folder private. Click on Apply.

"but i have some problem ,i right click the folder but there is no security option"
0 xp professionnal only will work
1 verify your folder is NTFS formated, and not FAT32
2 go to the registry ( if you are not used to it, better not risk , or at the minimum save the registry first by "export" menu, and save the registry file ( *.reg ) )
using regedit:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exporer\Advanced
add a DWORD named EncryptionContextMenu with value =1
