To be frank I very much doubt it, and if there are I would be VERY careful about using them. You don't want to get ripped off, do you? You could obviously consider selling privately and using web sites to advertise on yourself (ie blog sites for example) but again be VERY careful. For the sake of a few percent, you'd be better off using a local estate agents - make sure you get quotes from at least three and you're entitled to use more than one if you want, too, although some may insist on sole agency so that's up to you to weigh up the pros and cons ok? Just be careful as I say. You could always take advice from your solicitor first if you wanted and good luck.

A partition suit is not a do it yourself. You need a lawyer specializing in real estate. You should be aware that the cost of a partition suit will run in the $10K neighborhood. The attorney won't wait for the sale to get paid. If you do win the suit, the property will be auction off on the court house steps. You may want to find some other way to deal with this.

I'm not sure if there are any websites out there, but if you haggle with local estate agents, they may take their fees as low as 1% of the sale price. Try to find one that advertises on rightmove.co.uk and propertyfinder.co.uk. They will also do all the legwork for you!

Good Luck!

Try Craigslist - I've heard that there are quite a lot of people advertising their properties on this.
