my pen exploded. i wasnt chewing on it the peice of crap just busted.it got all over my my new sofa we just paid like $2,000 for!!!

So yesterday I went to a party with a bunch of friends and exboyfriend(DIDN'T WANT HIM TO GO).2 of my guy friends were flirting heavily with me,we got into a water fight,one threw ice down the front of my shirt,the other kept poking me,flirting,and touching me not at all inapproiately.Also on grabbed me around my waist usually I'm not that foward with guys and let them do stuff like that.wHy was my ex bf such a jerk all night after he got to see alot of this between me and my guy friends,I actually enjoyed throwing it in his face after the party I was at where he was all over some girl.These guys are really hot,ones a minor player.What do you think of the way these guys were acting ?wHy was my ex bf such a jerk.What do you think of the way these guys were acting?

I have two main questions about building muscles AND endurance:

1) Is it better to train the muscles daily or only a few days a week?

2) On the day of training, is it better to have one long workout session or multiple short ones throughout the day?

And WHY?

I'm using adobe photoshop to make a 700 inches width and 600 inches height using 72 pixels with transparent colors, my computer crashed. then i turn on my computer again and started it agian and it says ' cannot create document because the scratch disk are full. i'm searching for the photoshop history, i've installed it with default settings and by the time i first use it, the scratch disk is located at the startup. so umm... where's this photoshop history
so i can delete it so that my comp will work fast again!!!

This question is merely out of curiousity.

For some weird reason, I'm not offended by it (and yes I'm white...and 25% Mexican). Maybe it's because I'm a die-hard fan of the show (even though it's scripted). In fact, it's one of the FEW reality shows I will consider watching.

Some people think it would make others cheer for one race over another. Not the case with me. I found some interesting Asian individuals I'd like to root for (read their profiles on the show's site) as well as some contestants who live in my hometown of San Diego.

Most likely, the tribes would probably form into two main tribes after the first episode like last season so I don't think they will be segregated for very long. Eventually, the contestants will HAVE to learn to work together and put their ethnicities aside.

From seeing the contestants, I think that everyone has an equal ability to play their way to the million dollar prize and not through racial stereotypes. Anyone agree or not?

like to hear your story if you have one? about your most memorable "at a glance romance". I give you mine as an example.
Everyday for about 3 weeks I would see this guy who brought supplies to the office across the street. He was hot. One of those sexy stop what you are doing to watch type of guys. He would smile and wave and all that but we never really talked. However my imagination worked overtime. Then he moved on to who knows where end of story. Nothing happened but my imagination made it one of the most sensational romances I ever had. Ok now how about your story?

My computer startup by itself when i just turn on the wall power switch and not the computer power panel switch. this happens everytime i turn on the wall switch and my computer will have a loud sound like the internal fan is spinning at a fast rate. why is this happening. Any help pls???
