pen ink mess?

Question

my pen exploded. i wasnt chewing on it the peice of crap just busted.it got all over my my new sofa we just paid like $2,000 for!!!
do I have a lawsuit?!!!
i think I got one,yeah,i do.Im suing,for cost of the couch and emotional damage.....yeah.....

Please don't rub with the alchol. It will just smear. Dab and take your time. Do not get it wet with water, that ruins the affect. You can maybe try Spot Shot and that is available at K-mart.
Sounds like you need to keep the pens away from the couch. It will come out if you take your time and dab. If it is leather, please take extra precautions, maybe call the manufacturer and see what they say to get it out. It's going to be time consuming no matter what you have to use...so, please be patient.
Who are you going to go after in your lawsuit? BIC? Guess again, they have such big lawyers you'll never get past first plate with that mess, it's going to cost you more than it's worth.

thats sucks...get oops and try to clean it out, maybe get a upholsery cleaner like rug dr and clean it ! stanly steamers maybe able to get the stain out as well

no law suit will work for that type of situation...i say the best method to get it out would be to pour some rubbing alcohol over a rag and rub it out
