west virginia workers comp sent me a letter saying my claim to reopen was denied because there is a "potential for settlement of any and/or all issues in this claim" and that a "final settlement that is fair and reasonable to all parties may be negotiated" what does all this mean??? i'm in constant pain and can't walk I need medical help soon!!

Every few seconds-minutes I get this really sharp pain in my chest/stomach area, right below where my bra hits. I woke up yesterday morning with this and it is scaring me. Sometimes when I breathe it also hurts, and the sharp pain sometimes goes back into my back in the same area. I dont know what this is-- anyone have ideas? I am thinking a muscle spasm or something? HELP!!!!

We have been engaged for 1 year and still no date. We just bought a house together, so thats the focus now. Obviously, I would like to set a date and he just wont. His reasons are the YARD on the new house, him finishing the CPA exam, and money. We were thinking about next Sept, but he says he's not sure about whehter he will be done with everything by then. I am super hurt by this. I understand he needs to pass the CPA exam, but I also think that if he wants to marry me that should be more important. Plus, its not like we're planning on having a crazy wedding, we're just going to go to Mexico. We're talking about 1 week. I was dumb enough to sign up for The Knot and stuff so I'm constantly sent emails for planning that just depress me. Not to mention the fact that everyone always asks when and why.... And yes, he knows I want to set a date, he says he wants to too but has other stuff to deal with first. Its making us fight, and I think i'm starting to resent him because of it.

Ok, I am from Sacramento which is the capitol of California and a big city. I recently moved and have been living in a town for about 10 and a half months. This is a very small town up on the foothills, and is close to Yosemite National Park. 97% of the population is white. Some of them are racists. My mother runs a motel in the middle of this town, there is a back creek behind the motel. I like to take both of our dogs there. We have neighbours next door in a small red house. They were drinking last night and they were all at least 30. My dog goes over to the fence and their dog starts barking. He kept saying "kill kill" so I came around and stared at him and he was still saying that. So I said fu** yo dog. He didn't say anything so I took my dog back, then all the sudden he got up and said what my problem was. I told him it was his redneck a** . Ok, there is this girl and in the beggining we were just somewhat friends we only saw eachother once while introduced by another friend. We didn't click at all, but I wanted her as soon as I saw her and I asked my friend if I can talk to her and she said no which pissed me off. Now we are very close and have been talking online and we turn out to really like eachother, she has a bf but it isnt a good relationship, She wants to go out with me but she is too busy so she says during the summer, I tell her how I feel straight up and tell her I have a lot of issues with her but I like her alot at the same time, is it normal/ok if she can be just a girl to be with next summer if I'm single? I had unprotected sex 10 times last month with 15 different guys. They all came inside me at least once. I do this every month and I haven't had my period in 3 months. I always go pee right after they c u m inside me so I know it's like almost impossible for me to be pregnant or have any STDs. Anyways, I'm just worried cuz I throw up all the time and have mood swings.
