Today a trainer at the gym told me that I have to strength train before doing my cardio. He said if I reversed it, I'd be destroying my muscles. Other trainers have never told me that it's bad to do cardio then strength training and I read somewhere that if you want to improve your cardio health and lose weight that you should cardio then strength train and if you want to build muscle you should flip that routine. I want to lose some fat (I'm 5'8" and 140 lbs), strengthen my muscles (core in particular), and just be healthier overall. When I've worked out in the past, I've ended up lowering my body fat percentage and gaining weight because I was building muscle. Does what this trainer said make any sense? Have I been doing it all wrong?

i have seen several percentages cited on this section of answers, only i wonder about the research, as there are many people who would lie about their orientation for the sake of a quiet life.

my guess is that most people are bi, and i know for a fact that there is indeed a spectrum/continuum of sexual orientation.

so when people say there's this percentage or that percentage of gays to bi's and str8s, how much of this can we believe? and how old is the research being cited, since it must surely be viewed in the context of perceived norms at the time the research took place?

i also wonder if iq tests measure emotional and social intelligence, since these two types of intelligence must be important when researching ratios of sexual orientation (and incidentally, a high iq doesnt mean you're automatically intelligent socially or emotionally).

we are a constantly evolving society, and the studies into sexual orientation must evolve with our changing perceptions of the norm.

I have light periods to where I don't even wear a pad or anything just wipe whenever i go potty. Its always light pink. Usually lasting a day or two. I have a daughter, 19 months. My mom and my sister have heavy regular 5-7 day periods. Is there anyone else like this? I feel so abnormal.

ABC is going to air this and Senator Reid and Shumer have threatened ABC to not run it..A lot of debate right now >==Past President Bill Clinton has also told ABC to not show this movie because it will show how Pres.
