I've always thought it should be. Kids pick up any language easily at a young age. Start in kindergarten. Then all the deaf people won't feel so removed from society. It's not fair for them.

Let's get Congress to pass a bill. (If they have time between pay raises)

We had to learn how to do the letter in 5th grade and it was a good thing to learn. I just wish that we would have learned more. The little that I know has helped at my job with deaf customers.

I think it should be available as an alternative to French.

I can't understand why voice to text translator gadgets aren't widely in use. They would surely help the deaf enormously.
