Hi, I am new to bangalore, i am getting really boar in this city.
can anyone suggest me the good places where I can roam around bangalore on weekends.

in city the old attractions like lalbad cubborn park widhan soudha lost their charms. but in the week end u can go to other places a 4 hour journy from bangalore willtake u to poorma's ooty - Hassan. there are so many historic places in and around hassan. the climate is cool, hotels and food moderate, nearby attractions are chikmangalore, belur, halibeed, kudaku/madikeri. sravanabalaguda. it is one choice. another is mysore . thus every week end u can explore the intereior karnataka beauty rather than smeelling the oily air of the gardencity.

Oh.. there are so many places.. I would not be able to tell you because it is somewhat of a personal thing. Most tourists like to go to the tourist places.. I DO NOT.. I like to go the off-beaten areas where tourists never show up.. I like to eat at little out of the way restaurants, etc. Ask the hotel for those out of the way places

Church street for pubs and restaurants, Brigade road for shopping, Garuda and Forum mall for hanging out.
