My mom and brother live with me and I have been charging them very minimal rent. I have a 3 bedroom and 2 bath with garage (converted to a bedroom) which makes it 4 bedrooms. I can get $2000 a month if I rent it out, I live in Sylmar California. At this point I get $700.00 total from them as it is, and I told them if I move to buy me another house or move with my boyfriend that I would expect 1/2 market value a month $1000.00 total, I prefer them there than strangers living here. Am I being greedy or fair???My brother doesnt work and he is 37 and capable of working, my mom receives social security and a pension, they have been with me 15 years and I have been really fair with the rent starting at $400.00 and slowly creeped to the $700.00 that it is now. Is this unfair??

Being Agnostic, I believe that the Universe came about by the Big Bang Theory. But as yet no one has given a plausible theory as what was the catalyst. Could it have been God? Or an accidental coelescence of matter that caused it?
Can anyone provide me with a plausible theory for either cases?

Thank your for all who responded to why does religion seperate. Now to elaborate on the story. I told my friend I did not think that the bible was meant to be taken literally. There are too may perceptions which grants freedom. The same freedom god gives us with free will. NOw ask yourself this in gods eyes which is the bigger sin? TO lay with a may without love for the acceptance of a piece of paper, or to lay with a man with love; respect honesty, and compassion. I may not have a piece of paper that declares to the word the love I share with my lover, but what I do have is my own declaration of love without the world. And this is to me this is the convenant of marriage and the embrace of god. IS my friend a hypocrite. I dont think so. Just someone else who misconstrues the words. Just like we all tend to do

Hi does anyone know of a place that would be willing to deal with euro coins? I have recently travelled to Paris, and come back with around 18 Euros in 1 and 2 Euro coins. The bank accepted all my notes, but wouldn't deal with the coins- it just wasn't cost effective for them to deal with them, I've checked into it and the post office doesn't deal with them either, anyone know of a place that does? Even if it charges a little? Cheers in advance.

Since May of this year, he has been ordering PlayBoyTV while I sleep at 3am in the morning. We have not even been married a year. He never did this before. He's done it like 10times, early this morning was the most recent. I woke up at 3am and went downstairs to find him jacking off to pornstars on tv. He lied to me, by getting up really quick (saying "OH") and saying he had to pee. TOTAL LIE. Then he denied it when it was plan as day. I started to cry, b/c I don't want deceit like that in a marriage -- and he replied back "Get a Divorce". I find out later this morning -- by calling DirectTV to cancel the channel that he has been doing this since May. I am hurt and he doesn't care. I am a repsectable professional and cherish marriage life and dont want this in my life. Also, he is negative in his bank account and chose to charge it.

we just bought a house and the peaple who were liveing there were pigs. we didnt even get 5 feet into the house and my husband asked if i was getting bit. we looked around and we had fleas all over us. none were bighting me but he was so bit up he looked like he had the chicken pox. we have had a professional out there and he said he has never seen a infestation like the house. the house was sprayed but the fleas come back in one week. we then went to the vet and got 4 boms that cost 12 bucks a piece. this worked for about 4 days. we have a farm house. my husband has gone as far as to cut the grass so short that i think that it will die. can some one please help me. we have a 2 year old daughter that is just as allergic as her father. i dont want to take her to the house unless it is clean. i wish i could finde the people who trashed the hous and pay them back. they realy screwed the friend that we bought the house from.
