Has anyone had a mole removed in London?

I need to get a mole removed for cosmetic reasons and i've just moved to London from Aust so apart from the fact i have no idea how the health system works (i can't register with my local Dr because i can't prove i'll be here for over 6 months) I want to know if anyone has had it done and can recommend a good place/person?
