Should i be flattered that my crush checks me out. I saw her turn her head sideways and looked me up n down. I don't like when people stare at me, so how do i deal with it? Also, if my crush checks me out a lot , does that mean she likes me? If she likes me, why doesn't she just smile at me or try to talk to me?

What's the simplest way to hook up a small generator to a home's power grid?

I've search the internet extensively and haven't found an answer to this question.

I just wanted to play with solar panels and human powered generators and couldn't figure out the simplest and cheapest way to hook it into my house to get some benefit out of it.

I.E. can i just have my panel hooked into a charge controller and a single battery to act as a float and then an inverter and hook the output from the inverter into a standard power plug in the house? can i push power into a power outlet or is there some system so that power can only come out of the plug?

anyone have any ideas on the easiest simplest way to hook up a panel or a car alternator? I was going to turn my indoor bicycle into a generator by hooking up a car alternator to it... how could i most simply hook this into the house?

Have any of you felt "displaced" at a job?

I work at a job that provides great pay AND benefits (much better then I did as a teacher).

I feel as if I am going mad (well "mad" might be a a bit overstating it,)

however.

I like working with people that involve caring for others (that's why I chose teaching, but I couldn't pay my bills) and in turn ALSO are supportive of the people they work with.

This is not the scenario of this position.

As a secondary part to this question: IF you did say yes to "have any of you felt "displaced" at a job?," answer this queation:

whats the best color and the safest way to dye your hair?

i have dark brown hair with some hints of blond streaks. Im getting
purple or violet contacts soon, and i was thinking about changing my bangs to where they really bring out the colored contacts. i
was thinking white/silver, but i heard that its not a good idea to bleach your hair. everybody has different opinions. im so confused!! here is a picture of my hair...

Okay so i was at my High Schools Football game tonight and.....?

My BFF'S were there! We all had a GrEaT time! But on the other hand this guy i know was flirting with us. And he kept tapping my back then saying it was someone else (a lil kid joke) then someone kept kicking my butt? I think they might have just been swinging their feet but the thing is it was that same guy!? And the guy i really like was there and he likes me too but if he didn't like me i would go out with the other guy?
