1. Knowing that there is a God and he really does truly care about, and love you.
2. Knowing that even though you believe God is not real that he still loves you and had to die for you so others who are less reluctant about him could experience joy to the fullest.
3.I've never heard of people saying that, buit if God forgives you and you forgive your self you do not have to feel guilty, because you try to do what is right, but God will not hate you if you don't.
4.Yes I do have Jesus with me all the time. I don't know why you wouldn't want him all the time either.
5. There are things that no one can explain. If you could explain everything, then everyone would be Atheists, and believe in the Big Bang theory.

By the way...
I am not one of those Christians that came to know God when I was 2 then lived like I wasn't changed. I accepcted Him this summer and I now know what true joy is. Trust me, I was in the same boat as you for some time, but now I know He is more than stories, more than words on a page, or history. He is real and has the potentail to live in everyone of us if you accpect Him.

Atheists, what are Christians missing out on?

1. Having the privilege of being upset at a fairy tale that doesn't match your own.

2. Having the privilege of serving the time for doing the crime.

3. Having the privilege of answering ones own questions.

4. Being forced to talk with each other about how special they are.

5. Having an overwhelming need to have atheists talk about them.

6. Having to talk about Jesus whether they believe it or not.

7. Having no fixation to place their questions in the science forum where they claim to be experts.

Having the privilege of turning to someone who's always there.Having the privilege of having the slate cleaned and being able to start over.Having the privilege of hearing Gods voice tell you which way to turn to keep you safe.Having the privilege of being able to ask someone who is all powerful, for help and getting it.Having the privilege of knowing the truth with all your heart, and knowing where your eternity will be.I could probably come up with more but that's good for starters.Yeah I used to be somewhat of an atheist too,but once I got got turned around,I became a believer.I know you are trying to mock Christians but you're really mocking God,and that's a dangerous place to be in.

The hope of heaven and the belief that we're not just going though life without any good reason.

Oh, and I don't just believe because I read the bible, I've seen miracles happen. My best friends mom was healed from a brain tumor. She was going to go in for surgery and had a Brain scan to show where the tumors were. They found them and the next morning were going to operate. That night a bunch of people came and prayed over her. The next day she begged them to do another scan and her insurance said that she'd have to pay for it, so she did and guess what... the tumors that were there the night before were GONE... They have never come back and the doctors are still wondering what happened.... Yeah, that's why i believe!

Having the belief that when your mother dies she isn't just sitting in the ground -cold. That when your child dies- you know one day you'll be holding him again and someone is taking care of him. The motivation to be a good person, have a good heart, and the strength to follow through with that. The feeling that this isn't just science... beautiful, coincidental, perfectly worked out science.

It's a pretty uninspiring and depressing to think this is it. You live, You die. Isn't it? Also, you don't have to be a believer and chalk things you don't understand up to God. Fanatics and extremists do that but intelligent people can have faith- spirituality being Christian and discover new knowledge that may not entirely fit into their faith. That's why god gave us a mind.

Eternity...that is what you will be missing out on.

If I'm wrong, I have lost nothing, I have loved many (as Jesus commanded me) and I will die with peace. I am ready to meet my maker, what about you?

However...I'm know I am right and nothing you can say could ever shake my faith.

Even when you want to be mean and hateful, it only show me what you are missing out on.

Whether you believe it or not, doesn't change the fact that God / Jesus loves you and seeking a relationship with you.

May you find the grace of the Living God and His Son Jesus!

May your search be short and you life long!

It is all a matter of faith. Why is it so hard for people to just agree to disagree. You believe A and someone else believes B. I think we should all just try to be a better person, regardless of how we achieve it. If we could break the religion barrier then we could live together much more happily.

How about having the comfort of knowing that you are never alone, feeling a love that you don't get from anyone here, knowing where you will be when you die, and knowing how exactly you got here in the first place. If you read the Bible, all of the things that you don't understand start to make sense. Maybe you should try it.
