Is it like your husband is from Mars? Does he say one thing and mean another? Wouldn't it be great if someone could tell us what men are really saying?

This is a stupid vain and pointless question (yes i do recignize this, but i'm bored) but i was wondering if this sounds like a good looks (aka it describes me) High school senior, 6'4, 185 pounds, buff, Varsity Tennis player, hazel eyes, understanding/ easygoing very smart (or so i like to believe) dirty blond hair. I know you can't really tell, but what would your impression be aside from the fact that i seem vain for asking this?

I just started his class, and I want to score some extra points with this teacher, so does anyone have any good ideas on a title and an introduction that will blow him away? BTW..I'm in seventh grade, so it won't be too hard to impress him...but I'm in the "pinnacle" class, so it's a little difficult. Okay, THANK YOU =]

I have spent most of my life single as I'm pretty picky about who I will date. I only had two relationships that lasted a significant amount of time. The first guy, we were both in trouble and needed someone. But I don't think I ever loved him and I'm glad I left. The second guy, I wasn't really interested at first, but then I started falling for him. He said he *wasn't* falling for me and we broke up. Now I am dating a new guy after a couple years of being alone. I don't understand my feelings for this guy. I think about him all the time but I don't know if this is love. I thought somehow I would know and it would feel right and mostly I just feel really confused. He has most of the things that I'm looking for in a guy. He's very nice and I trust him completely. He treats me well. I wish he was smarter, but he still understands most of the things that I talk about. He's a good listener. Are you a person who questions everything? How did you know when you found the one?

Remember when there was that whole issue with the indestructable passport - the one found amidst the smolder debris of bodies and steel? Remember also how the FBI suggested that some of those accused of the hijackings might have had their IDs stolen?

Then how Osama had his confession tape, NAMING the hijackers?

How could the ring leader praise hijackers who weren't involved?

In all honesty, shouldn't these questions be answered? Shouldn't there be a more thorough investigation? Even members of the 9/11 Commission are writing books regarding the fact that we aren't being told everything. They stop short of accussing the government of anything, but it raises questions.

As Americans, left or right, shouldn't we investigate these inconsistencies?

My aunt is 50. She has a 9 year old and a 4 year old.

She waited to have children because she was establishing her career, which she loves, and now works part time and stays home with her children.

I am not bashing "older" mothers, but I notice she is tired a lot with her children, they don't play much and she is always telling them to go read and quiet down because she doesn't have a lot of energy to be out running around with them.

She also expects her children to always behave and they act like they are 40 years old. Its sad because I wish they could just be little happy kids, but they never have fun.

Is this a common thing for mothers who start having children in their 40's?

Do older mothers have less energy for their children to where they are not "fun" moms?

My dad and I found a dog that we want to adopt from a shelter in Panama City Florida. We live in rural Maine and we are not sure how to get him here. It would cost a lot to drive down there to get her. Does anyone know how much it would cost to fly her up here? Or does anyone know of any organizations that help to transport pets to different places?
