I dont like the sound of this, your partner needs to be taught a lesson.
I would do the same back to him and see how he likes it. Pull a face when you sniff your finger and say how disgusting it smells.

Maybe it's just a habit and now he's extremely curious. He may find that each time it's a different scent. I really have know clue.
