The times it does come true, your mind subconciousally thinks that this is true, but the matter of the fact is, put your faith in the Lord, his words and power ring true every time, a horoscope is someones good writing skills at work. Usually very vague, and honestly, your mind picks and chooses which horoscopes to make true. This is why sometimes true, and sometimes not. Personally I think It is a bunch of hog wash, people look to people to find a sign, and dis associate their lives from God, and end up following something that doesn't exist. Horoscopes are a form of brain washing.

Horoscopes tend to be written so broadly that as the day progresses, events may occur that seem to fit the horoscope. They are written in a way to be freely interpreted so that you think they are accurate and continue to buy into them.
Try this sometime: gather a group of friends and pass around horoscopes without saying which sign it's attached to. My guess is most of your friends would think they astrologer was dead on despite the fact that they are probably reading the horoscope of a different sign. You can do this with "astrological sign traits" as well.

80% of the case it has come true. I believe there is a period for every individual in which horoscope must be studied and chances of the prediction coming true are the highest in this period. This period differs from individual to individual. The farmer can predict the monsoon very well and sows the seed at the right time.

i usualy get a more personalized horoscope based on my birth place time and date. so yeah i usualy end up acting alot like the horoscopes say. the majority of horoscopes in magazines shows a very dumbed down astrology because, well most people dont even know there sun sign, let alone rising sign.... it just appeals to the masses.

Do you mean the childish ones in newspapers? Do you think that there are only 12 possibilities for each person? Somone told me he looked at the wrong one by mistake and it was more accurate than his real one. There are more mature horoscopes, but any of them are nonsense.
