I don't feel the least bit sorry for her. Had she hit an innocent person and injured/killed them, then there would be someone to feel sorry for. Sadly I think her money will make this matter much easier than what your friend went through. Not that I feel sorry for him either - there's no excuse for driving drunk. It's incredibly selfish - people who do it have no regard for the fact that they could kill or badly injure an innocent person. It's just as bad as taking a rifle and randomly shooting it off near a road.

Yeah... a penalty omit in an exceedingly final n ultimately ending up on the dropping part is a bad actuality to digest. the undeniable fact that he won't have the ability to take part in Euro 08 gets worse his concern else he might have triumph over this loss lots in the previous.

in California, a person's license is not automatically suspended for DUI. I heard she drove home the next morning. Apparently she didn't refuse the breathilyzer so there's no reason for her license to be suspended, and if she is convicted, her probation would not necessarily include license suspension.

Of course she will be driving in a week let alone 6 months. In this country it's all about who you know and how much money you have. And she is a moron any way!!!!

I DON'T FEEL SORRY FOR HER AT ALL. IF THAT HAPPENED TO A REGULAR PERSON LIKE ME,IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT WORSE. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS BEHIND THE WHEEL IF SHE IS DRINKING! SHE COULD KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE. WOULD HER MONEY HELP HER THEN? I WOULD HOPE NOT. I THINK SHE SHOULD BE JUDGED JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE.

Not me!!! She'll only get a slap on the wrist. There's no way in hell they'll take her license, and even if they do she can just hire a driver and then she can get as smashed as she wants!!!
